As a Technical Support Executive in IP Telephony/VOIP at Hubris Technologies, your role will involve providing technical support and troubleshooting for VoIP and IP telephony systems. You will assist customers with system-related queries, analyze and resolve technical issues efficiently, and deliver excellent customer service. Additionally, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operations of communication systems and supporting clients in maintaining system performance.
