Customer Support / Technical Support

We’re seeking energetic and talented individuals to become part of our Voice Support team. If you excel in communication and have hands-on experience assisting international customers with technical issues, this role could be a perfect fit for you.

International Voice Support Process

Work Mode:
On-site (Work from Office)
Shifts:
Rotational
Work Schedule:
5 working days with 2 rotational days off
Transportation:
Company-provided two-way cab service (available within designated hiring areas)

Eligibility Requirements:

Strong verbal communication skills are essential
Open to both graduates and undergraduates
At least 6 months of technical troubleshooting experience in an international support process
Willingness to work in rotating shifts
