Job Description

Responsibilities:

  • Understand the company’s products and services in-depth to effectively assist clients globally.
  • Analyze client needs and provide appropriate solutions and assistance.
  • Address and resolve client queries efficiently.
  • Perform product and service testing to ensure quality.
  • Maintain and update product documentation.
  • Create and manage social media posts related to our products.
  • Develop product-related videos for marketing and instructional purposes.

Requirements:

  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Strong ability to meet deadlines and handle multiple tasks efficiently.
  • Proficient in writing in English.
  • Problem-solving skills and the ability to think critically and effectively.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹12,000.00 per month
