Job Description: As a Technical Support Executive at ByteReboot Private Limited, your role will involve assisting customers from the US and Canada with their technical queries related to computers, printers, and peripherals. Your primary responsibility will be to provide high-quality customer support through calls and remote assistance tools, ensuring exceptional support experience. Additionally, you will handle inbound customer queries, record and manage customer issues in CRM software, perform basic troubleshooting, and recommend or upsell products/services when suitable. It is essential to maintain professionalism and ensure customer satisfaction on every interaction. Participation in team meetings and training sessions is also expected. Key Responsibilities: - Handle inbound customer queries from US/Canada clients related to computers, printers, and peripherals. - Provide high-quality customer support through calls and remote assistance tools. - Record and manage customer issues in CRM software. - Perform basic troubleshooting and recommend or upsell products/services where suitable. - Maintain professionalism and ensure customer satisfaction on every interaction. - Participate actively in team meetings and training sessions.
