We are hiring for our client is into Smart home automation based at Ahmedabad.

Job loction- Noida

Job Summary

We are seeking a Technical Support Engineer with a background in B.E. engineering to provide end-to-end support for our smart home automation products. The candidate will be responsible for handling technical issues, system installations, troubleshooting, and ensuring excellent customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

Provide technical assistance to clients for smart home automation products and services.
Handle installation, configuration, and troubleshooting of automation devices (IoT, networking, lighting, security, etc.).
Diagnose and resolve hardware, software, and connectivity issues.
Guide customers remotely and on-site to ensure smooth product usage.
Coordinate with the sales and R&D teams for product updates and escalated issues.
Maintain technical documentation, FAQs, and service reports.
Provide training and technical guidance to end-users.
Ensure customer satisfaction through prompt and effective solutions.

Required Skills & Qualifications

B.E. in Electronics/Electrical/IT or related discipline.
Strong knowledge of networking, IoT devices, and automation systems.
Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
Ability to communicate technical solutions clearly to non-technical customers.
Hands-on experience with hardware/software troubleshooting.
Willingness to travel for on-site client support.

Preferred Skills

Knowledge of home automation protocols (Zigbee, Wi-Fi, Bluetooth, etc.).
Experience in smart devices installation (lighting, Switches, Locks, curtain integration).
Understanding of mobile apps and cloud-based solutions.
