Job Description

Teleperformance is hiring for Technical Support Engineer

Location: Malad (Work from office)

Role & responsibilities

oversee and manage technical aspects of new construction and repair projects.
Coordinate with project managers ,contractors and other stake holder to ensure smooth project execution.
identify, troubleshoot and resolve technical issues during construction activities.
To play a crucial role in maintaining client relationships by offering guidance, resolving issues efficiently, and delivering exceptional support experiences.

Skills Required:

A bachelor's degree /Diploma in Civil Engineering, Structural Engineering, or a related field is typically required.
Experience in waterproofing engineering or leak detection is preferred.
Strong knowledge of waterproofing materials, building codes, and industry standards is necessary.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills are essential.
Good communication skills are required for reporting and coordination.
