Job Description

Support to Customers - on call, online video discussion and by online access to PLC - for ensuring proper functioning of our Equipment. To provide support to Customer in case of problems faced by Customer in our Equipment. This is a core engineering function. Candidate should be an Engineer - Electrical or Instrumentation or Mechanical. With a flair to study and understand our equipment in depth, to analyze problem reported by customer and decide upon correct solution. Candidate should also be a good communicator, fluency in English is a must, and fluency in spoken Hindi will be a real advantage.
