Job Description

Role & responsibilities

Technical triage of incoming issues review and categorize tickets, confirm whether they are bugs, and identify reproducible steps.
Collaborate with the development team coordinate schedules to ensure extended support coverage and work closely with developers to clarify and resolve issues.
Issue investigation and resolution assist with reproducing issues, coordinate fixes with Development, and apply technical skills to implement simple solutions when possible.
Process ownership ensure tickets move efficiently from identification to resolution, tracking progress and preventing delays.
Take ownership of tickets until resolution, coordinating across teams and ensuring no issues stall.
Customer communication provide clear and timely updates to internal teams and customers regarding ticket status, progress, and workarounds.
Continuous improvement identify recurring issues, propose enhancements to products or support processes, and maintain internal knowledge documentation.
