Job Description

Role & responsibilities Basic understanding of Network and Voice (preferred Avaya). • Become knowledgeful as a subject matter expert for the configuration of and trouble shooting of an Avaya SIP configured IP phone(ability to recognize the state of a configured phone, proper steps to remedy, reset, reconfigure a phone and or determine if it is non-programable, e-waste) - Training will be providing by onsite team. • Capture the data of phone replacements and share the report. • Good knowledge of Avaya Phone is an added advantage. • This role is a Work from Office requirement. • Have good communication skills with neutral accent.
