Tech Support Engineer

  • Infra+ basic understanding of

  • Network and scripting in JavaScript or any scripting python or shell scripting (reading the script-basic, calling any function, business rules).

  • Technical knowledge on Infra-basic know on window, Linux, windows

  • Any cloud tech: AWS/ GCP/ Azure

  • A little database and exposure on IP address, active directory, telnet

  • Written and verbal communication**

Nice to have

  • Incident, change management-added advantage

About the project

  • Technical support role

  • Work on cases reported by customers.

  • Identify the issue, find the solutions

Day to day Responsibilities

  • Customer facing role- take care of customer internally.

  • For Level 1 support role who reaches out to them with tickets

  • Connect on zoom meeting with customers.

  • More int Snow troubleshooting

  • On an Avg 4- 20 tickets would be acceptable.
