About the Role

ByteReboot Private Limited is hiring motivated freshers and entry-level professionals for the role of Technical Support Engineer (Voice). This position offers hands-on exposure to real-world IT infrastructure, customer troubleshooting, and international voice support for US/Canada clients. It’s an excellent opportunity to build a strong foundation in IT support and customer interaction.

Key Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot and resolve basic hardware and software issues
• Assist customers over voice and chat with clear, step-by-step solutions
• Diagnose and resolve system, device, and network-related problems
• Install, configure, and maintain computers, peripherals, and software
• Use remote support tools to assist customers effectively
• Maintain accurate records of customer issues and resolutions in the system
• Provide timely follow-ups and ensure customer satisfaction
• Support rollout of new tools, applications, and technologies
• Conduct basic system and safety checks when required

Qualifications

• Education: BCA, MCA, B.Tech, M.Tech (IT / Computer Science)
• Good English verbal and written communication skills
• Basic knowledge of Windows, Linux, or macOS
• Familiarity with remote desktop tools or helpdesk software is a plus
• Certifications (Microsoft, Linux, Cisco) will be an added advantage

Work Schedule

• Shift Timing: 09:00 PM – 06:00 AM IST
• Working Days: Monday to Friday (Alternate Saturdays working)
• Mode: In-office only (Face-to-face interview mandatory)
