Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Identify, analyze, and resolve complex issues involving query optimization, data access, and system configurations.
  • Develop detailed technical documentation and maintain knowledge base articles to aid future issue resolution.
  • Effectively explain technical solutions and collaborate with product and engineering teams during issue resolution.
  • Participate in on-call rotations, responding promptly to critical incidents with an emphasis on remote troubleshooting.
  • Review recurring issues and recommend enhancements to products, engineering workflows, and support processes for long-term improvement.

Preferred candidate profile

  • Proficiency in SQL with prior hands-on experience.
  • Working knowledge of major cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP) covering infrastructure, containers, networking, and security.
  • Understanding of data lake concepts, architecture, and related technologies.
  • Familiarity with data pipelines and ETL workflows is preferred.
  • Background in supporting database systems, query engines, or large-scale data processing platforms.
