Job Description

Responsibilities

Identify, analyze, and resolve complex issues involving query optimization, data access, and system configurations.
Develop detailed technical documentation and maintain knowledge base articles to aid future issue resolution.
Effectively explain technical solutions and collaborate with product and engineering teams during issue resolution.
Participate in on-call rotations, responding promptly to critical incidents with an emphasis on remote troubleshooting.
Review recurring issues and recommend enhancements to products, engineering workflows, and support processes for long-term improvement.

Preferred candidate profile

Proficiency in SQL with prior hands-on experience.
Working knowledge of major cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP) covering infrastructure, containers, networking, and security.
Understanding of data lake concepts, architecture, and related technologies.
Familiarity with data pipelines and ETL workflows is preferred.
Background in supporting database systems, query engines, or large-scale data processing platforms.
