Job Description

Role & responsibilities

Strong knowledge in Surveillance products (Analog / IP cameras, Smart Cam, DVR, NVR, XVR, POE Switch, SMPS, Cables & Connectors).
Provide technical support and resolutions on Hardware and Software related issues through phone or email.
Speaking to customers through a series of actions to resolve a problem and quickly get to the root of their problem.
Troubleshoot to ensure all customers issues are resolved timely, support including installation guide, function demonstration, operation guide and etc.
Troubleshoot, diagnose and resolve technical issues or workaround to maintain customer satisfaction.
Working closely with a high support line: Test & Development Center, Service team and Sales Team.
Perform product inspection, test and troubleshoot returned products.
Good written and verbal communication.

Preferred candidate profile

It is mandatory for the candidate Have spoken
Hindi
Proficiency.
The candidate must have excellent communication skills.
Assist in the installation, maintenance, and troubleshooting of electronic systems and components.
Collaborate with the engineering team to support product testing, documentation, and quality assurance activities.
