Job Description

As a Customer Support Executive for our US technical support and sales process, your responsibilities will include providing exceptional customer service to clients. You will be required to possess excellent English communication skills and basic computer proficiency. A key aspect of this role is the willingness to work night shifts and engage in up-selling service plans or software to US clients through chat or phone calls. Your expertise will be essential in troubleshooting, analyzing, and resolving technical issues related to a variety of systems including MS Office Suite, Windows operating systems, laptops, desktops, emails, routers, printers, and security cameras. The ideal candidate will have a background in smart speakers, email support, extenders/routers, and GPS systems, along with strong customer handling and communication skills. This position offers a full-time work schedule on night shifts, six days a week with Sundays off. The compensation package is negotiable and includes attractive incentive plans, with potential earnings up to 20,000 per month.
