Job Description

Main Responsibilities:

  • Talk to customers by phone, chat, or email to understand their problems.
  • Help fix issues with computers, apps, or devices.
  • Guide users step-by-step to solve problems.
  • Keep records of problems and how they were solved.
  • Work with other team members to find better ways to help customers.
  • Follow company rules and use tools properly.

Skills Needed:

  • Good communication skills to explain things clearly.
  • Basic computer knowledge (like Windows, internet, and common apps).
  • Patience and friendliness when helping people.
  • Ability to learn quickly and follow instructions.
  • Teamwork and willingness to help others.
  • Managerial Skills required.

Language Required:

  • Bengali is must

Qualification Required:

  • Computer Application (BCA/B.TECH (CSE)/MCA/M.TECH)

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
