Job Description

A Technical Support Associate is responsible for providing first-level technical assistance to users, troubleshooting issues, and ensuring customer satisfaction with IT systems and products.

Main Responsibilities

Respond to technical support requests via email, chat, phone, or ticketing systems.

Diagnose and troubleshoot software, hardware, and network issues.

Guide users through steps to resolve problems, escalate complex cases to senior staff if needed.

Maintain documentation of reported issues and resolutions in support systems.

Create and update user guides, FAQs, and support materials.

Install and configure hardware, software, and updates where required.

Ensure customer inquiries are addressed promptly and follow up to verify issue resolution.

Collaborate across teams (Engineering, QA, Content) to resolve recurring or critical issues

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹14,427.72 - ₹44,160.06 per month
