About the job: Key responsibilities: 1. Provide technical assistance to customers via phone, email, and remote tools 2. Diagnose hardware, software, and network issues and provide timely resolutions 3. Log all incidents and interactions in the ticketing system 4. Follow up on unresolved cases and ensure closure within SLAs 5. Collaborate with internal teams to escalate complex issues 6. Document known issues and solutions in the knowledge base Requirements: 1. Strong troubleshooting skills in hardware, operating systems, and networks 2. Familiarity with remote support tools 3. Experience with ticketing systems 4.
