Job Description Maintain calendar for Preventive Maintenance schedules and ensure maintenance activities as per planned schedules. - Ensure availability of resources including manpower & material for providing services - Provide on job training to staff - Escalate Technical Head directly on all maintenance lapses beyond the tolerance limit. - Ensure that all customer complaints are attended immediately - Ensure safety of all personnel and equipment’s - Ensure optimal usage of consumables & no wastage of the same - Assist Asst Maintenance Manager (Electrical) for all operational issues - Maintain and update the master list of all DG sets - Maintaining and execution of “B” & “C” checks of DG sets including radiator - Servicing as per the schedule - Attending the breakdown and repairs on call basis from the properties - Preparation and issue of service reports to the PM and its follow ups and maintain and submit a summary of status of Service Reports weekly to HOD.
