Technical Specialist - Staff Core HR

As an experienced professional in the field of Human Resources technology, you will be responsible for developing and implementing HR tech solutions in alignment with engineering best practices. Your role will involve collaborating with cross-functional teams such as HR, Product, Finance, Design, and Operations to ensure that technology initiatives meet overall business objectives. A key aspect of your responsibilities will be to continuously assess and optimize HR systems, processes, and workflows to improve efficiency, enhance user experience, and maintain data integrity. Additionally, you will need to ensure that HR technology systems comply with regulatory requirements, industry standards, and data security protocols. To excel in this role, you should possess a minimum of 14 years of experience working with digital HR products, including expertise in product strategy, vision, and requirements gathering. Experience with Product and/or Agile development teams, particularly in the Human Resources or HR Technology domain, will be beneficial. Previous involvement in software engineering teams for implementing and supporting enterprise-grade platforms will also be valuable.
