Job Description

As a Technical Specialist- SD-WAN-L3 at NTT DATA, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the robustness and security of the SD-WAN infrastructure. Your responsibilities will include: - Advanced Troubleshooting: Utilize your deep knowledge of SD-WAN -Viptela technologies and protocols to resolve complex network issues that L1 and L2 engineers cannot handle. - Network Design and Architecture: Design and implement advanced network architectures with a focus on scalability, reliability, and security. - Performance Optimization: Analyze network performance data, identify bottlenecks, and optimize the network for improved performance and efficiency. - Security Management: Implement and manage advanced security measures such as firewalls, VPNs, and intrusion detection systems within the SD-WAN environment. - Policy Management: Develop and enforce network policies, including QoS (Quality of Service) and traffic management policies. - Collaboration and Leadership: Collaborate with other IT teams, provide guidance to junior engineers, and lead network projects. - Vendor Management: Coordinate with SD-WAN vendors for support, updates, and new implementations. - Documentation and Reporting: Maintain detailed documentation of network configurations, changes, and performance reports to ensure transparency and accountability. - Inventory, SOP Creation, Diagram Inventory, Audit, and Compliance: Perform inventory management, create Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), maintain diagram inventory, and ensure compliance with industry standards.
