Job Description

As a Senior Technical Specialist at Nokia, you will play a critical role in designing and implementing high-performance datapath solutions on both custom and merchant silicon. You will be responsible for writing efficient and modular code that is well-tested and robust, ensuring that it meets the high standards required for networking infrastructure. Your role will involve working on advanced packet forwarding techniques and technologies, such as IP, MPLS, Segment Routing, and VXLANs. You'll also be dealing with QoS (Policers, Schedulers), ACLs, TCAM management, and packet extractions to CPU. As part of a team developing high-performance network solutions, you will utilize technologies like DPDK to maximize performance. DCN2025. You have: Bachelor's degree with 5 -10 years of Experience. Proven experience in packet forwarding technologies (IP, MPLS, Segment Routing, VXLANs). Experience with QoS technologies (Policers, Schedulers, ACLs) and TCAM management. Hands-on experience with DPDK for high-performance packet processing. Proficiency in C/C++ programming, with a focus on networking solutions. Methodical problem-solving skills and attention to detail. It would be nice if you also had: Experience working in virtualized Linux environments (e.g., KVM, Docker, etc.). Passion for networking technologies and high-performance systems.
