Proven hands-on experience implementing and configuring Project Operations. Deep understanding of project lifecycle management quote to cash. D365 Sales: Strong knowledge of Sales module entities and relationship management. Experience designing and optimizing business process flows in Sales Hub. Power Automate (Microsoft Flow): Expertise in designing and implementing automated workflows across multiple D365 environments. Integration experience with SharePoint, Outlook, Teams, and custom connectors.
