Technical solutions specialist

As a Technical Solutions Specialist, you will be responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining the technical infrastructure of our organization. Your role will involve working with a variety of platforms and technologies to support the digital business operations. You will have the opportunity to work with cutting-edge technologies and play a significant role in shaping our technical direction. Your key responsibilities will include designing and implementing scalable technical infrastructure solutions, configuring CRM systems to enhance customer relationship management, setting up and maintaining ticketing systems for efficient support operations, managing cloud environments for applications and data storage, developing e-commerce functionality on web platforms, configuring APIs for seamless system integration, optimizing SQL databases for efficient data management, troubleshooting technical issues across multiple platforms, and recommending improvements to existing systems for better performance. To be successful in this role, you should have at least 3 years of experience in systems architecture or technical solutions implementation. You should also possess strong knowledge of CRM platforms such as Salesforce, HubSpot, and Microsoft Dynamics, experience with support ticketing systems like Zendesk, Freshdesk, and ServiceNow, proficiency in SQL database management and optimization, cloud infrastructure experience with AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud, knowledge of e-commerce platform setup and management, understanding of API configuration and system integration, excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, and basic programming/scripting knowledge in languages like Python and JavaScript (desired). Project management experience is also desired. This is a full-time, permanent position with benefits including health insurance, leave encashment, paid sick time, paid time off, and provident fund. The work schedule is during the day shift, and the job location is in Noida, Uttar Pradesh. Reliability in commuting or willingness to relocate before starting work is preferred.
