Role Summary

The Technical Solutions Engineer (TSE) is a customer-facing technical lead who blends deep domain / AI knowledge with hands-on programming skills. The role serves as a bridge between customers experiencing issues or custom needs and the internal R&D / engineering teams. You will lead technical discussions, triage and solve problems (sometimes via writing code or scripts), and help drive enhancements to the core product when needed.

Youll often operate in real time with customers, understand their workflows, diagnose root causes, propose solutions or workarounds, and escalate or drive feature enhancements. Your feedback to product & engineering will help make the platform more robust, flexible, and easier to integrate.

Key Responsibilities

Customer & Solution Engagement

• Act as primary technical contact for assigned customers (US, Europe, etc.)
  
• Lead deep-dive technical calls / workshops (discovery, troubleshooting, architecture)
  
• Diagnose customer issues to the root cause level (in platform, integration, data, environment)
  
• Provide code-level fixes, scripts, patches, configurations, or workarounds as needed
  
• Assist with onboarding, POCs, pilot rollouts, and handholding early-stage deployments
  

Collaboration with Engineering / R&D

• Where a customer requirement requires extending or modifying the core product, work closely with product & engineering: scope the enhancement, provide design input, validate solutions
  
• Help prioritize bugs vs features based on severity and customer impact
  
• Participate in internal design, code review, and product planning discussions
  
• Provide customer insights / feedback (pain points, missing features, improvement suggestions)
  

Technical & Domain Expertise

• Deep knowledge of

  Python

  , including writing scripts, integrations, and debugging
• Understanding of

  Large Language Models (LLMs)

  , NLP, generative AI, and document AI pipelines
• Familiarity with model inference, prompt engineering, embedding, fine-tuning, or adaptation
  
• Experience in data processing, document parsing, OCR, structured / unstructured extraction
  
• (Plus) Experience in

  automation

  , pipelines, workflow orchestration (e.g. Airflow, Celery, etc.)
• Work with APIs (REST, GraphQL), data flows, ETL, and integration with customer systems (ERPs, TMS, databases)
  

Operational & Support Duties

• Provide tier-2 / tier-3 technical support for escalated cases
  
• Track, document, and communicate issue status, root cause analysis (RCA), solution timeline
  
• Create and maintain technical documentation, runbooks, knowledge base articles
  
• Conduct internal knowledge sharing / training
  
• Occasionally travel (if required) for customer on-site visits or workshops
