Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Technical Architect to design scalable secure and high performing technology solutions that align with business goals The ideal candidate will combine deep technical expertise with strong leadership and communication skills driving architectural decisions and guiding engineering teams throughout the software development lifecycle

Key Responsibilities

Architecture Ownership Define document and maintain end to end architecture for applications platforms and systems

Solution Design Translate business and functional requirements into robust scalable and efficient technical solutions

Technology Leadership Evaluate recommend and implement technologies tools and frameworks that support the product roadmap

Standards and Governance Establish coding design and security standards to ensure technical excellence and maintainability

Collaboration Partner with product managers developers DevOps and QA teams to ensure architectural alignment and smooth delivery

Performance and Scalability Review system performance identify bottlenecks and recommend optimization strategies

Mentorship Guide and mentor development teams in architectural best practices and technical problem solving

Documentation Create and maintain architecture diagrams technical design documents and implementation guidelines

Innovation Stay current with emerging technologies and propose modern solutions to drive technical advancement

Required Skills and Qualifications

8 years of software development experience with at least 3 years in an architecture or senior technical leadership role

Expertise in system design microservices architecture and cloud native applications

Strong understanding of one or more programming stacks such as

Java Spring Boot NET Core Nodejs Python or Go

Hands on experience with cloud platforms such as AWS Azure or GCP

Proficiency in API design integration patterns and containerization Docker Kubernetes

Knowledge of CICD pipelines DevOps practices and infrastructure as code Terraform CloudFormation

Strong understanding of security best practices data architecture and scalability principles

Excellent problem solving analytical and communication skills
