Technical Solution Architect

As a Solution Architect at Advantal Technologies in Indore, you will utilize your 8+ years of experience to design, architect, and deliver large-scale, high-traffic systems using technologies like Java, Angular/React, MySQL, MongoDB, and cloud-based platforms. Your role will be critical in driving the architecture and technology strategy for scalable, high-performance applications, ensuring optimization for huge traffic volumes, security, and reliability. Your key responsibilities will include leading the design and architecture of large-scale systems and enterprise-level applications, ensuring high scalability, fault tolerance, and handling of high-volume traffic. You will design microservices-based architectures integrating traditional relational databases and NoSQL databases for optimized data management. Additionally, you will be responsible for designing APIs for smooth communication between front-end and back-end systems, focusing on minimal latency and optimized throughput. You will architect solutions to handle millions of concurrent users, ensuring consistent performance, high availability, and resilience. Strategies for managing large-scale data across distributed databases with optimized queries and indexing will be developed, alongside the implementation of auto-scaling, load balancing, and caching mechanisms. Collaboration with the infrastructure team to design and implement cloud-based solutions on AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud Platform will be essential for optimal scalability and reliability. As the technical leader, you will guide and mentor development teams on best practices, design patterns, and effective use of technologies. You will evaluate and select technology stacks and frameworks, ensuring adherence to coding standards, security protocols, and performance optimization techniques. Collaboration with business analysts, product owners, and client stakeholders will be necessary to align business objectives and technical solution design, focusing on performance, scalability, and user experience. Your role will also involve the implementation of monitoring and logging systems to proactively identify performance bottlenecks and failures. You will optimize database performance, utilize tools for monitoring high-traffic applications, and design solutions with cloud-native patterns for scalability and cost-effectiveness. Ensuring security best practices, compliance, and integration with DevOps teams for automated CI/CD pipelines will be key aspects of your responsibilities. The ideal candidate will have 8+ years of experience in Solution Architecture, expertise in Java, Angular/React, MySQL, MongoDB, and cloud platforms. Proficiency in backend and frontend technologies, databases, scalability, API design, cloud architecture, and relevant tools is essential. Strong communication, problem-solving, leadership, and mentoring skills are required for this role.
