Technical Solar Manager

Experience: You should have a minimum of 3-5 years of experience in the field. Education: A B.Tech degree in Electrical/Mechanical Engineering or a related field in Solar is required. Key Responsibilities: As a Solar Project Engineer, your main responsibilities will include leading the technical execution of solar power plant projects from design to commissioning. You will provide technical support in project planning, feasibility studies, and engineering design. It will be your duty to ensure compliance with industry standards, regulations, and safety protocols. Additionally, you will oversee site engineers and contractors to ensure the proper execution of project activities. Your role will also involve conducting performance analysis and optimization of solar plants to maximize efficiency. You will be required to manage troubleshooting and resolution of technical issues during installation and operation. Collaborating with procurement teams to ensure quality and timely delivery of equipment will also be part of your responsibilities. Furthermore, preparing technical documentation, reports, and presentations for stakeholders will be crucial. It is essential to stay updated on the latest advancements in solar technology and industry trends. Skills & Requirements: To excel in this role, you must possess strong knowledge of solar PV system design, installation, and O&M. Proficiency in electrical system design, load calculations, and energy yield assessment is necessary. Hands-on experience with PVsyst, AutoCAD, and other solar design software will be advantageous. Excellent leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills are essential for this position. You should have the ability to manage multiple projects and coordinate with cross-functional teams.
