A Technical Services Manager is responsible for the planning, development, and implementation of technical services to meet the organization's business needs. They will responsible for managing a team of technical service professionals and ensuring that technical service projects are completed on time and within budget.

Responsibilities

• Manage a team of technical service professionals
• Plan, develop, and implement technical services to meet the organization's business needs
• Provide technical expertise and guidance to team members
• Ensure that technical service projects are completed on time and within budget
• Develop and maintain relationships with vendors and service providers
• Monitor and evaluate the performance of the technical services team
• Create and manage budgets for technical service projects
• Develop and implement policies and procedures for technical service operations
• Provide technical support to users and customers
• Stay up-to-date with emerging trends and technologies in technical services

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or related field
• Proven experience as a Technical Services Manager or similar role
• Strong technical skills in areas such as network administration, security, and cloud services
• Excellent communication and leadership skills
• Ability to manage multiple projects and teams
• Strong problem-solving skills

Working Conditions

Technical Services Managers generally work in an office environment. They may be required to work outside of normal business hours to ensure that technical service projects are completed on time.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
