Information Security Manager The Information Security Management (ISM) Service shall help ALPIQ to ensure that cyber security objectives are achieved. Below are the In scope service elements.Fujitsu will provide a full time ISM resource throughout the contract term, to help ALPIQ create security management, planning, documentation, align policies and procedures and create IR plans. Typical tasks undertaken as part of the Information Security Management service include: Single Point of Contact: Focal point for procedural, physical and personnel security related aspects for the service. Information Security Management System: Maintain and ensure compliance to Standard based on Information Security Management System such as ISO27001 etc. Contractual Compliance to the Security Measures: Assure the operational security of the service and compliance with the contractual security obligations and documented security policies and procedures. IT Health Check -Set Up: Support Action in the planning and setting up of the Annual Security and Business Continuity process drills. IT Health Check Remediation: Support Action in the Risk Treatment Plan and remediation post the Security Audits. Security Event Response and Investigation: Escalation point for the management of security events within the service MSA02 Service Agreement for Datacenter Services CONFIDENTIAL page 28/37 Major Security Incident (breach) Management: Providing input to ALPIQ into Any/Major security incidents Security Investigations: Facilitating the collating of evidential information in support of an official security incident investigation taking care to preserve the chain of custody Security Reporting: Production of a Monthly Security Service report Change Assessment: Provide an assessment on service changes to existing information systems (to identify risks and mitigating counter measures) Secure Disposal and Decommissioning: Assure compliance with the secure disposal and decommissioning of Fujitsu delivered services Compliance: Oversight of the compliance with contractual and legislative requirements. Access to Secure Areas: Control the process of access to Secure ODC area. ISM will monitor, analyzed and report the Lighthouse system. Below are the activities: With the help of Lighthouse, reads the databases of the AV, the SCCM and WSUS So the system know all domain machines, their patch and AV pattern level / version Lighthouse Application can copy the log files of the above mentioned systems and from these data, ISM will analyze the status and abstract a chronicle for the SCCM systems Generates and provides specific reports.
