Technical Services Engineer (Night Shift)

As a Technical Services Engineer at Adara, you will be responsible for owning the design, implementation, and delivery of integration solutions that enable Adara to receive data from data providers and consortium partners. Your role will involve developing tools and dashboards to facilitate automation of repeatable work and ensure data integrity. **Responsibilities:** - **Onboarding Integrations** - Be part of the discovery process with customers, consortium partners, and data providers to understand customer-specific requirements and propose optimal solutions for data exchange. - Lead and assist in onboarding new partners and clients through Web SDK implementation, batch-file processing, and API integrations. - Provide guidance on website/tag management configurations to meet client use cases and business needs. - Assist in onboarding new customers to Adara's Consortium and implement customer batch-file ingestion. - **Post Deployment** - Independently or collaboratively resolve client concerns, questions, and technical issues related to Web SDK, API, or legacy pixel integrations. - Communicate technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences. - Continuously improve internal processes and technical troubleshooting materials. - Conduct data auditing, analysis, and configuration for customers and partners. - **Engineering and Cross-functional Collaboration** - Enhance and maintain data collection web applications and APIs with support from Engineering. - Drive improvements in the implementation methodology by collaborating with Product, Data Science, and Engineering teams. - Collaborate across teams to support Adara's Consortium customers. - Develop automations for operational efficiencies and monitoring dashboards. - Create sample applications to demonstrate data exchange between Adara and customers" platforms. **Skills Required:** - 5+ years of experience in writing and deploying production code. - 3+ years of client-facing and customer service experience. - Strong understanding of JavaScript, HTML, jQuery, JSON, and DOM manipulation. - Proficiency in tag management and cloud-based information systems. - Experience coding (Python) or scripting with REST APIs. - Knowledge of Web or App development and deployment. - Familiarity with Google Big Query or similar SQL environments. - Solid debugging and troubleshooting skills. - Understanding of marketing technology landscape and Tag Management platforms. - Data management and cross-platform management skills are a plus.,
