To qualify for this role, you should hold a Bachelor's degree in electrical engineering, electronics engineering, renewable energy, or a related field, along with a minimum of 2 years of experience in technical support or field service engineering, specifically with solar string inverters. You should demonstrate a proven ability to diagnose and resolve technical issues related to power electronics and renewable energy systems, as well as possess hands-on experience with commissioning, troubleshooting, and maintenance of solar string inverters. Strong communication skills, both with customers and internal stakeholders, are essential, along with a willingness to occasionally travel for onsite support and commissioning.
