Technical Scrum Master

Evervent is a technology-driven firm in the Insurtech industry, specializing in cloud-based solutions to streamline insurance workflows. Our focus is on creating user-centric software and scalable enterprise applications to empower our clients. We are currently seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Technical Scrum Master to take charge of Agile project management, foster collaboration between technical teams and stakeholders, and ensure the timely delivery of software solutions. This role demands a unique combination of technical proficiency, Agile coaching, and project management skills to support the development of scalable enterprise applications. Responsibilities include overseeing software development projects utilizing Scrum and Agile methodologies, leading Sprint Planning, Stand-ups, Reviews, and Retrospectives, collaborating with clients and cross-functional teams, monitoring project progress using Agile tools like Jira, Trello, Confluence, Asana, ClickUp, or Azure, identifying and mitigating project risks, driving process enhancements for development efficiency and product quality, and supporting deployment activities and client feedback incorporation. The ideal candidate should have at least 5 years of experience in IT project management or Agile coaching, expertise in Scrum, Agile methodologies, and SDLC, familiarity with software development processes and cloud-based applications, proficiency in backend and frontend development technologies such as Node.js, PHP, React.js, etc., experience with Agile tools mentioned, strong communication and interpersonal skills, and a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, Engineering, or related field. Nice to have qualifications include experience with SaaS-based platforms or Insurtech products, knowledge of quality assurance processes, and experience in coordinating remote and cross-functional teams.
