Technical Sales Trainee

A leading company in laboratory setups, instruments, and chemicals is seeking a dynamic Science Graduate or Engineer to join the Techno-Sales Team. As a valued member of our team, you will play a crucial role in promoting and selling laboratory equipment, instruments, and chemicals. To excel in this role, you must hold a degree in Science or Engineering, with a focus on Chemistry, Physics, Biotechnology, or related fields. Your strong technical knowledge coupled with a keen interest in sales will be essential for success. Additionally, exceptional communication and customer relationship skills are required to effectively engage with clients and provide them with the support they need. Your responsibilities will include promoting and selling our products, providing technical support and product demonstrations, as well as building and maintaining strong client relationships. Furthermore, a willingness to travel for client meetings is necessary to ensure effective communication and support. This position is based in Pune, Maharashtra, and surrounding areas. The annual salary for this role ranges from 2.5 to 3.5 lac, with additional incentives based on performance.
