Technical Sales Support Specialist

Role Overview: As a Technical Sales Support Engineer at the company, you will be responsible for supporting the Sales organization and customers during the proposal process by formulating technical solutions for various power quality problems, preparing technical descriptions, determining costs, preparing final documentation, and serving as a key technical resource in the assigned area. Key Responsibilities: - Support the local Sales organization/customers in determining technically appropriate and cost-effective solutions for power quality requirements. - Provide technical support during technical meetings and product presentations. - Lead technical discussions with customers, formulate technical solutions related to power quality & harmonic analysis, recommend the best power quality solutions, and prepare technical proposals accordingly. - Offer product/solution training and prepare technical articles for publication. - Participate in kick-off meetings organized by the project team, coordinate with various teams, and provide necessary support in each project/tender. - Take ownership of assigned work, define & estimate costs for proposed solutions, and ensure compliance with regulations and guidelines. Qualifications Required: - University degree in electrical engineering with 5-8 years of experience in Power Quality & harmonic studies. - Knowledge of power systems, previous experience in Capacitors, value-based selling, and technical solution sales preferred. - Self-starter with continuous learning mindset, good communication skills, power quality and systems knowledge, and strong customer focus. - Proven track record of managing and facilitating change. - Proficiency in both spoken & written English language is required.
