Role Overview: As a Telesales Representative in the outbound voice process, your main responsibility will be to make calls to customers in order to book appointments and provide support to international clients. You will be required to respond to customer inquiries, monitor, track, and fix meetings with international clients, and ensure excellent communication throughout the process.
