As a Technical Sales Executive at Ktron.in, your role will involve managing customer inquiries, preparing quotations, and driving sales through online and offline channels. Your technical expertise in electronics, coupled with strong communication and sales skills, will be crucial for expanding the customer base and ensuring efficient day-to-day sales operations. Key Responsibilities: - Handle customer inquiries via email, phone, and online chat. - Prepare quotations, invoices, and follow up for order confirmations. - Identify new B2B clients and maintain relationships with existing customers. - Collaborate with the logistics and warehouse team to ensure timely order fulfillment. - Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets. - Analyze competitor pricing and market trends. - Maintain sales reports using Excel and Tally Prime. Qualifications Required: - Minimum 2 years of experience in electronics sales or a related field. - Good understanding of electronic components and modules. - Strong communication and negotiation skills. - Proficiency in MS Excel, Tally Prime, and basic knowledge of e-commerce platforms. - Customer-oriented attitude with excellent problem-solving abilities. - Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
