Purchase Executive Electronics Components

As a Purchase Executive at Krishna Smart Technology, your role will involve procuring electronic components and materials from local and international vendors to ensure cost efficiency, quality, and timely availability of stock. Key Responsibilities: - Identify, evaluate, and maintain relationships with suppliers and distributors. - Source and purchase electronic components, sensors, ICs, and modules. - Negotiate pricing, credit terms, and delivery timelines. - Maintain and update supplier databases and purchase records. - Coordinate with inventory and warehouse teams to manage stock levels. - Keep track of market trends and new product availability. - Ensure components meet required specifications and quality standards. Qualifications Required: - Minimum of 2 years of experience in purchasing electronic components. - Strong knowledge of basic electronic parts and modules. - Excellent negotiation, communication, and documentation skills. - Proficiency in MS Excel and Tally Prime. - Ability to work independently and handle multiple suppliers efficiently.
