Technical Sales Executive

As a Technical Sales Executive, your role will involve handling technical inquiries, troubleshooting issues, and ensuring customer satisfaction with our technical products or services. You will be responsible for demonstrating the technical features and benefits of our products, advising customers on technology upgrades, and suggesting related products. Your duties will also include researching and identifying relevant tenders, analyzing and submitting tenders on both online (including GEM) and offline platforms, and coordinating and participating in tender presentations, negotiations, and contract finalization. Additionally, you will be sourcing potential new customers and maintaining regular contact with existing customers.
