Job Summary: We are seeking an enthusiastic Technical Sales Executive to join our solar sales division in Lucknow. The ideal candidate will generate leads, visit client sites, conduct technical feasibility assessments, prepare quotations, and close sales — while maintaining excellent customer relationships. Candidates with solar sales experience will be given top priority. Key Responsibilities: Generate new business leads through marketing, advertising, and referrals. Visit customer sites to conduct technical feasibility and measurement surveys. Explain solar rooftop systems, benefits, and cost savings to clients. Prepare and share customized quotations and proposals. Handle client negotiations and close orders confidently. Manage follow-ups on existing and ongoing leads. Maintain regular contact with existing customers for repeat and referral business. Support the technical and design team during installation coordination. Requirements: Education: Diploma / Degree in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering (Preferred). Experience: Minimum 1 year in sales (Solar industry experience preferred). Skills: Excellent communication and presentation skills. Fluency in English, Hindi, and local language. Good knowledge of MS Office and Excel. Strong interpersonal and customer service skills. Other Requirements: Must own a two-wheeler and have a valid driving license. Willingness to travel within the region. Self-motivated and result-driven with a passion for renewable energy.
