Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Technical Sales Engineer based in the Mumbai Metropolitan Region. The Technical Sales Engineer will be responsible for providing technical support and guidance to customers, developing and presenting customized lighting solutions, and ensuring customer satisfaction through expert consultation and after-sales services. Day-to-day tasks include engaging with clients to understand their needs, preparing and delivering sales presentations, managing project timelines and requirements, and collaborating with internal teams to deliver high-quality solutions. Qualifications Technical Sales and Sales Engineering skills Technical Support and Communication skills Proven experience in sales and the ability to articulate complex technical concepts to non-technical audiences Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Technology, or a related field Experience in the lighting industry is a plus Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to work effectively with a team Dialux- Design is a plus Show more Show less
