Job Title: Business Development Executive – Technical Engineering Sales Location: Surat, India Job Description: The ideal candidate for this position will be responsible for developing and expanding the company’s business relationships, particularly in the construction and engineering tools segment. To succeed in this role, the candidate must possess a strong technical understanding of the company’s products and services, coupled with a sociable and outgoing personality to effectively build rapport with potential clients. Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Civil or Mechanical Engineering 0–6 months of experience (Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply) Strong negotiation and interpersonal skills Eagerness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced, client-facing environment Key Responsibilities Build and maintain strong relationships with customers through regular engagement and support Provide pre-sales and technical assistance, including product training and demonstrations Develop and implement effective sales strategies to meet business targets in volume, growth, market share, and profitability Lead the sales and marketing of power tools, fasteners, mechanical anchors, lightweight fixings, and related construction products Analyze customer requirements and provide tailored solutions aligned with business goals Engage with project managers, builders, and procurement teams to understand project needs Conduct product demonstrations and pull-out tests on-site to showcase product value and performance Prepare accurate and competitive quotations based on customer requirements Negotiate and finalize sales deals with mutually beneficial terms and conditions Coordinate post-sales support, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction Plan and schedule projects, including material procurement and manpower allocation Lead project review meetings to monitor progress, address issues, and ensure timely delivery Conduct retrospective reviews to capture field insights and lessons learned for continuous improvement Requirements (Fresh Graduates): Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport quickly Good problem-solving abilities and analytical thinking Comfortable using computers and basic software tools Excellent verbal and written communication skills Effective time management and the ability to prioritize tasks efficiently Show more Show less
