Job Description: You will be responsible for taking inbound calls from customers regarding computer issues. Your main tasks will include diagnosing the problems and recommending the most suitable technical support plan and relevant software to the customers. Key Responsibilities: - Answering incoming calls from customers with computer issues - Diagnosing technical problems accurately - Recommending and selling appropriate technical support plans and software Qualifications Required: - Minimum academic qualification of 10+2 / 10+3 years Diploma pass - Graduates preferred Please note that the company offers a fixed salary on the 1st of every month, along with high incentives, daily sales incentives, attendance incentives, monthly sales incentives, a hike of 15% - 20% on the last drawn salary, a loyalty bonus of Rs. 5000 every year, a referral bonus of Rs. 2000 per candidate, no extension of shift timings, high growth prospects, and a salary increment after 9 months.
