Technical Recruiter Trainee

Position: Technical Recruiter trainee.

Any previous experience in sourcing will be preferred.

Job Summary:

We are seeking a motivated graduate with a strong communication skills. The selected candidate will get trained (On the job training) in sourcing, screening, and hiring technical talent for the automotive industry. You will work closely with our hiring manager and ensure a seamless recruitment process.

Key Responsibilities:

Talent Acquisition:

Identify and source qualified candidates for technical roles in the automotive and IT domain.

Utilize various channels such as job portals, referrals, and networking events to build a robust talent pipeline.

Candidate Screening:

Conduct initial screenings to assess technical skills, experience, and cultural fit.

Coordinate technical interviews with hiring managers and technical panels.

Recruitment Process Management:

After a quick training. Manage the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle, including job posting, resume screening and scheduling interviews

Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.

Key experience in technical recruitment, preferably with focus on the automotive domain.

Skills:

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to manage multiple open positions and prioritize tasks effectively.
