Technical QA Engineer

Role Overview: As a Technical QA Engineer at Deutsche Bank in Pune, India, you will work with the test team to develop test strategies and plans to ensure that applications meet business requirements and uphold DWS high quality standards. You will play a vital role in establishing and executing test specialties within a larger testing unit or program. Additionally, you will focus on specialized areas of Quality Assurance such as performance testing, automation testing, and CI/CD setup, utilizing tools like ALM, JIRA, and Performance testing tools. Key Responsibilities: - Develop test strategies and plans to ensure applications meet business requirements. - Implement QA automation framework to automate end-to-end workflows including database, API, and UI. - Collaborate with business users and delivery team for successful production releases. Qualification Required: - Minimum 3 years of hands-on experience in quality assurance. - Proficiency in QA Automation (API & UI) with scripting knowledge in Java/Python. - Experience in performance testing, database testing (SQL), and test management tools (ALM, QTest). - Strong communication skills and understanding of SDLC & STLC. - Work experience with business users in Agile methodology using JIRA.
