Technical Project/Program Manager

Key Responsibilities

• Define project/program scope, objectives, timelines, and deliverables; maintain plans, schedules, and cross-functional roadmaps.
• Work closely with founders to identify, prioritize, and execute strategic, organization-wide initiatives.
• Translate founders vision into actionable project plans with clear ownership and measurable outcomes.
• Drive alignment across engineering, product, design, customer success, sales, marketing, finance, and operations.
• Lead cross-functional workstreams and act as a central coordination point between founders and functional leaders.
• Provide founders with structured updates, risk assessments, and data-driven recommendations for decision-making.
• Manage dependencies, streamline workflows, and ensure accountability across teams.
• Translate business requirements into technical tasks and support engineering teams with architecture and integration decisions.
• Oversee delivery of SaaS products, features, and integrations, including cloud deployments, releases, and versioning.
• Ensure product reliability, scalability, and performance align with SaaS best practices.
• Collaborate with customer success and product teams to improve onboarding, adoption, and customer experience.
• Serve as the primary contact for clients and internal stakeholders; communicate updates, risks, and blockers clearly.
• Lead sprint ceremonies, planning sessions, retrospectives, and cross-team discussions.
• Track budgets, optimize resource allocation, and forecast capacity across project phases.
• Establish program governance, efficient processes, and operational excellence across teams.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree from a

  top-tier engineering or technology institution (IITs, NITs, IIITs, BITS, or equivalent global universities).

• 48 years of project management experience, including at least 2+ years managing SaaS-based projects or platforms.
• Strong understanding of SDLC, Agile/Scrum, DevOps practices, and cloud technologies (AWS/Azure/GCP).
• Proven ability to manage cross-functional technical teams.
• Excellent communication, stakeholder management, leadership, and analytical skills.
• Proficiency with project/program management tools (Jira, Asana, Trello, MS Project, etc.).

Preferred Qualifications

• Certifications such as PMP, PRINCE2, CSM, or equivalent.
• Experience with microservices, APIs, data engineering, or enterprise SaaS solutions.
• Familiarity with CI/CD automation and cloud-native architectures.
• Experience managing distributed or remote teams.
