Key responsibilities include:
Leading end-to-end delivery of XSTORE POS projects upgrades, integrations, and rollouts.
Managing scope, timelines, budgets, and resources across multiple workstreams.
Collaborating with business teams to gather requirements and convert them into technical deliverables.
Coordinating with vendors, IT, and external partners for smooth implementation.
Overseeing system integrations (ERP, payment gateways, loyalty platforms, etc.).
Tracking & reporting project status, risks, and dependencies.
Driving UAT, defect triage, and go-live readiness.
Ensuring documentation (project plans, WSRs, MoMs, etc.) is maintained.
