Key Responsibilities:

Project Management:

Define project scope, objectives, and deliverables in collaboration with

stakeholders.

Create detailed project plans, schedules, and resource allocations.

Monitor and track project progress, risks, and issues using tools like JIRA,

Confluence, or Microsoft Project.

Ensure timely delivery of high-quality software solutions.

Communicate project status to leadership and stakeholders with transparency.

Scrum Master Responsibilities:

Serve as Scrum Master for one or more Agile teams.

Facilitate Agile ceremonies (Daily Stand-ups, Sprint Planning, Retrospectives,

Reviews).

Remove blockers and foster a culture of continuous improvement.

Coach team members on Agile principles, ensuring adherence to Scrum best

practices.

Technical Leadership:

Work closely with development teams to ensure technical solutions align with

business objectives.

Understand the architecture and design decisions to effectively manage project

impacts.

Collaborate with DevOps, QA, and product teams to ensure seamless integration

Required Skills and Qualifications:

6+ years of experience in software project management.

Bachelor's or Masters degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.

3+ years of experience as a Scrum Master.

Strong understanding of Agile frameworks (Scrum, Kanban, SAFe).

Proven ability to manage technical projects and cross-functional teams.

Hands-on experience with Agile project management tools (e.g., JIRA, Trello,

Rally).

Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.

PMP, CSM, or PMI-ACP certification is a plus.
