Technical Project Manager (Scrum Master)

The Scrum Master role at Mondelz International's Asia, Middle East and Africa (AMEA) region involves being a servant-leader who facilitates the Scrum process, removes impediments, and ensures the Scrum team's adherence to Scrum principles and practices. This position necessitates strong communication, facilitation, and coaching abilities. Responsibilities: - Facilitate Scrum events like Sprint Planning, Daily Scrum, Sprint Review, and Sprint Retrospective. - Guide the team in self-organization and continuous improvement. - Assist the team in generating high-value increments each Sprint. - Identify and eliminate impediments hindering the team's progress. - Escalate issues to management when necessary. - Coach the team on Scrum principles, practices, and values. - Aid the team in enhancing their processes and workflows. - Foster a culture of collaboration, transparency, and accountability. - Collaborate with the Product Owner to define and prioritize the Product Backlog. - Assist the Product Owner in comprehending and applying Scrum principles. - Work with other Scrum Masters to encourage Scrum adoption across the organization. - Assist in removing organizational impediments that impede the team's progress. Qualifications: - Certified Scrum Master (CSM) or equivalent certification. - Proven experience as a Scrum Master. - Strong understanding of Scrum principles, practices, and values. - Excellent communication, facilitation, and coaching skills. - Experience with Agile project management tools like Jira and Azure DevOps.
