Technical Project Manager

Role Overview

• Lead and manage the full

  software development lifecycle (SDLC)

  from requirements gathering to deployment and support.
• Create detailed

  project plans, timelines, and resource allocations

  .
• Track project progress and manage

  scope, risks, and dependencies

  effectively.
• Ensure timely delivery within agreed

  cost and quality

  parameters.
• Work closely with business stakeholders and technical teams to align expectations.

Technical Leadership

• Provide

  technical guidance

  to the development team on ASP.NET, VB, and SQL Server-based applications.
• Review design, code, and architecture to ensure

  scalability, security, and performance

• Participate in

  technical solutioning

• Drive modernization of legacy

Team Management

• Mentor and guide developers and team leads in best coding and delivery practices.
• Conduct

• Ensure collaboration between onshore/offshore teams.

Stakeholder & Client Management

• Act as a

  single point of contact

  for client communication and escalation management.
• Translate business needs into technical requirements.
• Conduct regular

  status reviews

Required Skills & Experience

• 1015 years

  of overall experience, with

  35 years

  in project management or technical leadership roles.
• Strong background in:

• ASP.NET (Web Forms / MVC / Core)

• VB.NET / Visual Basic / Classic ASP (for legacy systems)

• C# and .NET Framework / .NET Core

• SQL Server (Stored Procedures, Performance Tuning)

• Experience in migrating or modernizing VB applications to newer .NET technologies.
• Proficient in

  Agile / Scrum

  or

  Waterfall

  methodologies.
• Hands-on experience with

  Azure DevOps / JIRA / MS Project

  .
• Strong understanding of

  web application architecture

  ,

  API integration

  , and

  deployment processes

• Excellent

  communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving
