Technical Project Manager - Networking

As a Technical Linux/VMware Project Manager, you will be responsible for leading technology initiatives with a strong focus on Linux, virtualization, and networking. Your role will involve overseeing complex projects, coordinating cross-functional teams, and ensuring successful delivery of technology solutions. **Key Responsibilities:** - Develop and execute comprehensive project plans, including scope, timeline, budget, and resource allocation. - Monitor project progress, identify risks and issues, and implement mitigation strategies. - Ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to meet defined quality standards. - Facilitate effective communication and collaboration among project stakeholders. **Qualifications:** - Strong technical background in Linux operating systems, virtualization (VMware), and networking protocols. - Proven experience in project management, with a track record of successful project delivery. - Certification in RHCSA or RHCE is a plus. - Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills. - Strong communication and interpersonal skills. - Ability to lead and motivate teams. - Experience with agile methodologies (e.g., Scrum, Kanban) is preferred. In addition to the technical responsibilities, as a Technical Linux/VMware Project Manager, you will be expected to provide technical guidance to project teams, adhere to technical standards and best practices, collaborate with technical experts to address challenges, manage stakeholder expectations, build relationships with key stakeholders, identify and assess project risks, lead and motivate project teams, and foster a positive team culture. Please note that the company is looking for a candidate with at least 8-10 years of experience, immediate to 15 days notice period, and the employment type is full-time on a regular working mode basis.
